Hi Josie! Thanks for the great recipes and words of encouragement. I wish I could sit in your REAL kitchen and soak up all your wisdom!! Do you have a sandwich bread recipe you like? Especially one that you may have made successfully at Colorado altitudes? I tried my first attempt at breads last week. The gluten free one worked great but the wheat sandwich bread was dense and small. Thanks!

  The recipe for the sea salt topped rolls is the same recipe I use for sandwich bread- its a little less than half and half whole wheat and white flour and has the closest texture to store bought that I have found. We love it! The recipe makes 3 loaves- we keep one in the cupboard and freeze the other two, which is nice because then you only have to make bread maybe twice a month depending on how fast your family goes through it. We make this recipe weekly, but there are 8 of us here after all! 🙂 For sandwich bread, I just brush with butter and omit the sea salt. Let me know if you try it how you like it!
